Summer of Fun 2008!

Colorado International School is pleased to offer language-immersion camps in Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, German, Russian, Japanese, Italian, Arabic and Farsi! 

Our highly qualified native-speaking staff offers your child the highest quality summer camp experience with a maximum ratio of 12 students to one teacher.  Each camp offers a variety of linguistic, cultural, culinary, artistic, and athletic activities with monthly themes.  Enjoy academics, arts, athletics, and achievement—all in an American international setting! 

Camp 2008 Information:

Sessions*
Session 1: June 9 - June 20  (Spanish, French or German) with focus on Science
Session 2: June 23 - July 3  (Mandarin, or Arabic (Pre-K only for Arabic)) with focus on Science
Session 3: July 7 - July 18  (Spanish or French) with focus on  the Arts
Session 4: July 21 - August 1  (Mandarin, Italian or Farsi) with focus on the Arts
Session 5: August 4 - August 15  (Russian, German, Japanese, or Spanish) with focus on the Arts

*The above sessions are what has been planned and staffed for this summer. CoIS will be happy to offer camps in our full-time language programs (Mandarin, French and Spanish) anytime during the summer, providing that there is enough interest. Contact our office for more information!

Times
Camp operating hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Extended hours are available from 8:00-9:00 a.m.  and from 4:00-6:00 p.m. by request.

Fees
Cost per session (2 weeks) - $400
Sibling discount - $25 per session
Extended hours - $10/hour/day
If space is available, you may pay $50/day for any camp.  Reservations for daily camp must by made by 4:00 p.m. the preceding day.

Campers will be divided into Pre-K/K, Elementary, and Middle School classes.  The school reserves the right to cancel a session if there is not enough student interest.

Registration forms and payment are due in the office for a camper to be registered.
Partial refunds of 50% are given up to the final dates listed below for each session. 
There will be no refunds after the final date.
Session 1:  May 23
Session 2: June 6
Session 3: June 20
Session 4: July 3
Session 5: July 18
